Hello,

The University of Toledo Law Review is accepting submissions for volume 56 of its publication. The publication cycle is comprised of three issues: Fall, Winter, and Spring. Because there is no preferred topic for submission, all ideas are welcome. With that being said, we prefer papers that advocate for bold, yet pragmatic, changes in the law.

All submissions can be submitted through Scholastica directly or to our Executive Articles Editor, Jacob Mertus at Jmertus@rockets.utoledo.edu. Please be sure to submit a resume/CV alongside your manuscript. For any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to Jacob Mertus at the listed email address. As to formatting, our only request is that you use some serif font at 12-point and use footnotes for your citations.

We look forward to reviewing your submissions and hopefully connecting in the near future.

Thank you,
The University of Toledo Law Review.
