C&JLJ is currently accepting submissions on a rolling basis for our online law journal. We accept articles, essays, notes from current law students, and book reviews. Our platform allows for authors to publish in a more timely fashion and are shorter than the average law review submission. We will also publish articles that will appear in future law reviews, as long as we receive written permission from that law review to publish.
In addition to being published on our website, we will publish your article in the traditional law review format in a PDF version and promote the article and author on social media. (We also accept submissions to be published on our legal blog, which are lightly edited and citations are hyperlinked).
Authors can expect a quick turnaround from submission to publication. We request that authors use The Bluebook citation format to help increase this turnaround.
